Hi Paul,

I need to comment on the GTA12-2.

 

This has been one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had when purchasing something.

From the outset when I enquired about the product to actually using the device I am more than satisfied. Everything went as stated – even the Postal Service came to the party!

I obviously had to try the Induction cooker out this weekend and so far, so very good. Once I figured out the basics (very simple interface) it works as advertised.

In our kitchen we have a large, Defy Ceramic top electric stove and also a Defy gas stove. I have always preferred using the electric stove because of the power available even though the gas is instant. Until now. The GTA12-2 beats both of them hollow in the instant stakes.

As to actually cooking on the unit the controllability and power available makes both of the others look more than faintly useless. As an example using a heavy cast iron pot from cold to fry temperature is about 15 seconds. Boiling water is faster than in my electric kettle or microwave. By a lot!

So far I have nothing but praise for your company and the product you sell.
